Just before 1:45pm this afternoon, I responded to an accident involving a Fed Ex tractor trailer at 2220 Centre Street in West Roxbury. The truck brought down low hanging wires as well as a pole. Energized wires came in contact with the cab of the truck trapping the driver for over 30 minutes until NStar could kill the power.
